As a forklift operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient stacking and movement of pallets. You will join a team that manages the logistics of high-quality goods such as alcohol, cosmetics, electronics, and other luxury products. These goods are distributed to duty-free zones around the world.
Your tasks will include operating a forklift, stacking and organizing pallets, and maintaining order in the warehouse.
The work takes place in a modern warehouse environment. Most of the work is done in areas with a normal warehouse temperature, but some tasks may also take place in a cooler storage area with a temperature of around 3°C, depending on the type of goods being handled.
Main responsibilities:
- Safely stacking and moving pallets using a forklift (heftruck)
- Assisting with receiving and dispatching goods
- Maintaining order and organization in the warehouse
- Reporting any issues related to product handling or storage
Our client is a specialist in logistics for duty-free supply chains. The warehouse in Dordrecht is modern and well organized, handling large volumes of premium goods. The team works in a two-shift system and values safety, teamwork, and efficiency.
Wat wij vragen- 1 year of experience operating a forklift
- Ability to commute independently to work
- Own accommodation in Dordrecht or nearby
- Willingness to work in two shifts: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–23:00
- English or Dutch is not required
