Job description and tasks

We expect the following from our new colleague:

• That he/she prepares the ingredients for the dishes himself/herself.
• That he/she applies basic cooking techniques.
• That he/she provides input regarding the composition and modification of menus, the menu card and methods.
• That he/she is responsible for stock and order management.
• That he/she supervises the assistant(s) in a professional manner.

Your profile

We are looking for a colleague with MBO level 3 working and thinking level, and someone who has knowledge of basic cooking techniques. who has good communication skills in English/Dutch.
