As an Inbound Warehouse Employee in Hoofddorp, you manage incoming goods and process all related data accurately in the system. You start your day by checking incoming shipments, verifying paperwork against delivered items, and ensuring all inventory records are up to date. The role focuses primarily on computer tasks within a fast-paced logistics environment where you coordinate closely with team members to keep operations running smoothly. You will work at our client through Staffice from Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00.

Tasks

• Register arriving shipments in the warehouse system

• Inspect incoming goods for quantity and damage

• Update inventory status using desktop applications

• Process shipping documentation and labels

• Communicate with the warehouse team regarding stock updates

• Resolve small discrepancies in incoming data

We are looking for

• Experience working in a logistics environment

• Good command of English

• Proficiency with basic computer systems and software

• Accurate and detail-oriented work attitude
