Your responsibilities are to:

  • Lead the internal communications workstream for the corporate transition, delivering launch communications, leadership messaging, town halls, manager toolkits, FAQs and intranet content;
  • Establish and optimise the internal communications infrastructure, including channels, communication cadence and supporting tools across the organisation;
  • Develop and execute employee engagement campaigns that bring the new brand identity, values and purpose to life;
  • Coordinate change communications in close partnership with leadership, HR and regional stakeholders, ensuring consistent and timely messaging;
  • Provide day-to-day support to the Internal Communications Manager, balancing strategic initiatives with business-as-usual internal communications.

Functie eisen

The Ideal Candidate has:

  • Extensive experience in internal communications, employee engagement and change communications within complex international organisations;
  • A hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, confidential environment;
  • Strong stakeholder management and project coordination skills, with experience working closely with senior leadership and HR;
  • Proven experience launching or embedding organisational brand, values and purpose through internal communications;
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is an advantage), with the flexibility to combine strategic thinking with operational execution.
