Tasks

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line technical support and troubleshooting across hardware and software platforms
  • Register, update, and triage incoming tickets (Incidents/Requests)
  • Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and applications
  • Manage IT assets and warranty tracking
  • Oversee IT warehouse and inventory operations
  • Deliver user training and guidance as needed
  • Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams
  • Participate in IT-related projects and initiatives
  • Stay current with emerging IT trends and technologies
  • Support Windows and iOS environments
Requirements
  • MBO Level 3+ or minimum 2 years of relevant IT support experience
    Strong technical knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software

  • Proficiency with:

  • IT Service Management Tooling

  • Windows Active Directory & Azure AD

  • Windows 10/11 and Office 365 (Admin Center, Teams, SharePoint)

  • iPhone/iOS support

  • Intune & MacOS (preferred)

  • Ability to diagnose and resolve technical/network issues

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Team-oriented mindset with proactive problem-solving ability

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory)

  • Comfortable patching network ports (preferred)

  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+) are a plus

  • Additional language skills in German or French are advantageous
