Cummins Emission Solutions develops and produces advanced exhaust systems and catalysts for major automotive brands such as DAF and Scania.
As a Material Handler, you are responsible for transporting goods and loading/unloading trucks using forklifts and reach trucks. You ensure that parts are delivered to and from the production line on time, keeping the production process running smoothly. You will receive daily briefings on key action points and work according to a fixed schedule.
Your responsibilities include four main areas:
- Order Picking:
- Collect materials and components based on the KANBAN system, ensuring production has the right items at the right time.
- Replenishment:
- Gather required parts using the KANBAN system and deliver them to the production departments according to instructions, maintaining uninterrupted production flow.
- Transport:
Handle inbound and outbound goods using a forklift, scan labels, and follow digital pick lists. Load and unload trucks according to a strict schedule. - Maintenance:
Inspect the forklift and perform first-line maintenance. Keep the work environment and transport equipment clean and organized.

- Starting salary of 21.90 gross per hour (based on 2 shifts, including shift allowance, ADV & SAO)
- Starting salary of 22.70 gross per hour (based on 3 shifts, including shift allowance, ADV & SAO)
- 8% holiday allowance
- 27 vacation days per year (based on full-time employment)
- Travel allowance from 10 km one-way distance
You hold valid certificates for reach truck, EPT, and OPT
You are willing to work in a 2- or 3-shift system
You are comfortable performing physical work
You can work independently
You have your own transportation
