Logistics Process Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Logistics Process Coordinator / Operator for a professional logistics operation in Soesterberg.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily logistics activities and ensuring that the operational process runs smoothly and efficiently. You will act as the link between warehouse employees, team leaders, management, and drivers.

Your responsibilities will include planning and distributing daily tasks, monitoring order picking and other logistics activities, solving operational issues, maintaining accurate administration, and identifying opportunities to improve processes.

You will work in a 2-shift system:

• 05:00 – 14:00

• 14:15 – 23:15

Requirements

• Experience in a logistics environment and good knowledge of logistics processes

• Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude

• Flexible and able to deal with changing priorities

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to switch quickly when needed

• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system:

  • 05:00 – 14:00

  • 14:15 – 23:15

• Own transportation is required

• Good command of English; Dutch is a strong advantage
