As a Warehouse Team Leader, you will be at the heart of our warehouse operations, ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient processes during your shift. You will supervise a dedicated team, coach and motivate staff, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations
- Monitor team performance and ensure safety and quality standards are met
- Apply and promote 5S principles
- Lead, motivate, and coach team members
- Communicate effectively across departments
- Support the Shift Leader and act as their deputy when needed
- Contribute to process improvement and operational efficiency
- Train and onboard new employees
- Help ensure a safe working environment, aiming for zero incidents
