LTL Manager - Senior Level

This role places you at the center of our operations, where you'll manage and optimize freight to ensure top-tier service delivery to our international clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Orchestrate LTL shipments across Europe, ensuring optimal load consolidation and timely deliveries
• Develop and lead long-term planning around freight volumes, resource allocation, and carrier capacity to meet dynamic market demands
• Optimize the LTL product portfolio, identifying new revenue opportunities, service enhancements, and margin improvements
• Oversee cross-dock processes to streamline handling and reduce inefficiencies
• Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to improve performance and profitability, and ensure alignment with strategic SLAs and market positioning.
• Monitor KPIs and continuously fine-tune processes to meet service and cost goals
• Lead and inspire a dedicated team focused on customer satisfaction and operational excellence
• Promote regulatory compliance and sustainability, ensuring high standards in safety, reporting, and emissions optimization

• 5+ years in LTL operations, ideally in European road freight
• Solid understanding of trailer flows, cross-dock logistics, and customer service standards
• Strong communication skills, a hands-on leadership style, and the ability to make data-driven decisions
• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS)
• Fluent in English and Dutch
