Machine Operato

As a Machine Operator, you ensure the production process runs smoothly in a modern food environment. You are responsible for setting up machines correctly and stepping in when needed. Your technical insight and attention to detail are crucial every day. You’ll work together with colleagues in the production department and report to the Production Team Leader. Your main tasks include:

• Setting up, operating, and monitoring production machines
• Identifying and independently resolving minor malfunctions
• Performing quality checks according to established guidelines
• Rebuilding and adjusting machines during product changes
• Recording production data and deviations
• Working according to hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Keeping the work environment clean and safe

You will mainly be on the production floor in a clean, structured food environment. Working hours are in shifts, which requires flexibility. You’ll work Monday through Friday.

• At least 1 year of experience as a Machine Operator or in a comparable technical production environment
• Technical insight and affinity with machinery
• Good command of Dutch or English
• Accurate work style and attention to quality
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Own means of transport, such as a bicycle, scooter, or car

• A gross monthly salary between € 3,000 and € 3,500 based on 40 hours per week
