As a Machine Operator, you play a key role in keeping the production process running safely and efficiently. You'll operate and maintain machines, perform quality checks, and resolve minor technical issues independently.
Your responsibilities include:
- Monitoring machine performance and reporting malfunctions
- Performing product and mold changeovers
- Testing finished products according to quality standards
- Working in line with quality, safety, and hygiene procedures
- Following Health & Safety, Food Safety, and Housekeeping guidelines
- Reporting to the Shift Leader at the end of your shift
You'll work in a 5-shift rotation, including day, evening, night, and weekend shifts, offering plenty of variety.

Wat wij vragenTo succeed as a Machine Operator, you have:
- Experience as a Machine Operator, Process Operator, Production Worker, or in a similar role
- Good communication skills in Dutch or English
- Basic technical skills and the ability to solve minor machine malfunctions
- Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
- Your own transportation (bike, scooter, or car)
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift system
Experience is important, but so are your motivation, attitude, and willingness to learn. We'd love to get to know you.
Wat wij bieden- Gross monthly salary of €3,300 - €3,500, including a 28% shift allowance
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
- Annual bonus
- 25 vacation days
- Fixed-term contract with the prospect of a permanent position
- Extra compensation for public holidays and overtime (150%–200%)
