As a Machine Operator at CANPACK, you are an important part of the production process. You work with advanced, fully automated machinery and make sure the production line runs safely, efficiently, and according to the required quality standards.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operating, monitoring, and adjusting automated production machines
- Checking the production process and ensuring machines run efficiently
- Identifying and responding to machine irregularities and production issues
- Performing quality checks on finished products
- Carrying out adjustments and basic interventions when required
- Following production instructions and established safety procedures
- Keeping the workplace clean, organized, and safe
- Working closely with colleagues and the Shift Leader to achieve production targets
- Participating in shift handovers and communicating important production information
You will work in a 5-shift rotation system with an attractive schedule:
- 2 morning shifts: 06:00 – 14:00
- 2 afternoon shifts: 14:00 – 22:00
- 2 night shifts: 22:00 – 06:00
- Followed by 4 days off
You will join CANPACK Netherlands, an international packaging company with a modern production facility in Helmond. Around 500 colleagues work at the site, producing high-quality beverage cans using advanced, fully automated production lines.

Wat wij bieden- Gross hourly salary between €22.60 and €25.00
- Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer
- Annual bonus
