In this role, you are responsible for managing and supporting a team of technicians while ensuring the performance of complex logistics systems.
Daily tasks:
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of maintenance technicians
- Ensure maximum uptime of automated logistics systems
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities
- Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues quickly
- Work with technologies such as electrical systems, mechanics, pneumatics, and sensors
- Collaborate with internal teams such as IT support and operations
- Maintain a safe working environment and follow all procedures
- Report on performance, improvements, and maintenance planning
- Gross monthly salary between €4,200 and €4,700
- 30% shift allowance on top of your salary
- Direct contract with the employer
- Travel allowance (€0.23 per km, up to 50 km one way)
- Pension scheme according to the Metalektro CLA
- 27 vacation days and one paid training day per year
- Extensive onboarding and technical training programs
- Work in a modern, highly automated environment

- 5-shift schedule (2-2-1)
- Average of 34 working hours per week
- Regular weekends off
