We are looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to lead our product development team and oversee the end-to-end delivery of our collections — from concept through to production and delivery.
This is a senior role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, and who takes real ownership of product quality, margins, timelines, and sustainability.

We are looking for an experienced Product Development Manager to lead our product development team and oversee the end-to-end delivery of our collections — from concept through to production and delivery.
This is a senior role for someone who enjoys balancing strategic oversight with hands-on involvement, and who takes real ownership of product quality, margins, timelines, and sustainability.
In this role, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing product development team
- Oversee the full product development lifecycle, ensuring alignment with brand identity, margin targets, and quality standards
- Work closely with Design, Buying, and Logistics to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration
- Build and manage strong relationships with international suppliers, including negotiations and performance reviews
- Drive continuous improvement across processes, cost control, quality, and sustainability initiative.
We’re looking for someone who:
- Brings solid experience in product development within the fashion industry
- Has a strong leadership mindset and enjoys developing teams
- Understands how to deliver great product on time, on budget, and at the right quality level
- Is comfortable operating in a fast-paced, international environment
- Cares about innovation, sustainability, and long-term product excellence
