Mechanical Technician (2-Shift or 5-Shift) - Direct contract

As a Mechanical Technician, you will play an important role in keeping our modern production lines operating safely, efficiently and at the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for setting up machines, changing moulds, carrying out technical adjustments and resolving mechanical issues before they impact production.

Your responsibilities include:

• Changing over moulds and production lines.
• Setting up and fine-tuning production equipment.
• Troubleshooting and resolving mechanical malfunctions.
• Identifying and correcting quality deviations.
• Performing material and colour changeovers.
• Inspecting equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.
• Cleaning, inspecting and maintaining moulds.
• Recording process data and production documentation.
• Working closely with operators and fellow technicians to continuously improve production performance.

You enjoy working with technology, have a hands-on mentality and like solving mechanical problems. You are eager to learn, work accurately and enjoy being part of a close-knit technical team.

Ideally, you have:

• MBO Level 3 education in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive Engineering or a similar technical discipline.
• A few years of mechanical experience in a manufacturing environment, or you're a motivated starter with the right technical background.
• Good mechanical and technical skills.
• A proactive, practical and solution-oriented attitude.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good English communication skills are required.
• Dutch language skills are considered a strong advantage but are not mandatory.
• Willingness to work in either a 2-shift or 5-shift schedule.

• Direct employment with a one-year contract and the prospect of a permanent position.
