This metalworking specialist in Eindhoven focuses on producing and assembling high-quality metal parts and constructions for various industries. Using modern techniques such as laser cutting, bending, and welding, they deliver customized products that meet strict quality standards.

The company consists of a dedicated team of professionals working in an informal and results-oriented environment. Great importance is placed on collaboration, precision, and continuous improvement. Due to the compact structure, communication lines are short, and there is plenty of room for individual initiative and development.

• Independently manufacture constructions, construction parts, machine parts, etc. based on fabrication drawings and work orders;

• Perform separating, deforming, and connecting operations using various machines, tools, and lifting and hoisting equipment;

• Perform quality checks;

• Perform various welding tasks;

• Operate lifting and transport equipment;

• Identify shortcomings and deviations and resolve them in consultation with the supervisor;

• Possibly guide new employees.

• Minimum MBO level 3 work and thinking level;

• Approximately 2-5 years of relevant work experience;

• You have a strong technical and spatial insight;

• Experience with welding and safe operation of lifting and transport equipment;

• You have a forklift certificate;

• You possess a VCA certificate or are willing to obtain one.

• A long-term employment contract, with the prospect of a permanent position
• Your salary will be paid weekly
• 27 vacation days + 13 additional days off (ADV)
• You will be working at a professional organization, with passionate people and attention to you as a person
• We can arrange Dutch health insurance for you, which can be deducted weekly from your salary. The cost per week is €38.01
• We can provide a private bedroom in our FlexHero housing. The cost per week is €49,-

For this position, it is important that you hold EU nationality, have English language skills, and possess a valid driving license.
