As a Grinder, you are responsible for the precise finishing of metal parts so they are ready for the next step, such as powder coating. You work independently in your own workspace, but always alongside supportive colleagues. Your tasks include grinding, checking quality and ensuring a clean finish of various products. No day is the same due to the variety of materials. You start each day with a short team meeting and then get to work.
Requirements• Good command of Dutch or English
• You enjoy physical work and have a hands-on mentality
• Accurate working style with strong attention to detail and quality
• Motivated and eager to learn
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Willingness to develop yourself further
• Experience in a similar role is an advantage, but not require
• Travel allowance
• Full-time position in day shift (06:00 – 14:45)
• Informal and friendly working atmosphere
• Opportunities to grow into roles such as powder coater or wet blaster
• Possibility to obtain certificates (e.g. forklift)
