Night Shift Warehouse Operative

As a logistics operative at a client at Schiphol Airport, you ensure that the air cargo flow never stops. You start your shift by unloading trucks and accurately scanning incoming goods. Together with your team, you build aircraft pallets and check if all documentation is correct so that the cargo is immediately ready for departure. During the rest of your shift, you move goods using a forklift or EPT to the correct location in the warehouse.

Tasks

• Loading and unloading trucks
• Scanning incoming and outgoing cargo
• Building and dismantling air cargo plates
• Checking for damages and maintaining basic documentation
• Operating the forklift and EPT
• Keeping the warehouse clean and orderly
• Working closely with supervisors

We are looking for someone who

• Has MBO-level working and thinking skills
• Has experience in a warehouse environment
• Has experience with the forklift and EPT
• Has lived in the Netherlands or a NATO country for the past 8 consecutive years
• Has the ability to apply for a VGB (Security Clearance)
• Speaks Dutch or English
• Has their own transport due to the rotating shifts

We offer

• Salary between 14.71 euro and 16.58 euro gross per hour, depending on experience
• Shift allowance of 8.75 percent on top of your salary

• Working hours from 21:00 to 06:00 or from 18:00 to 23:30
