SamenvattingFor our location in Enkhuizen, we are looking for an Operations Planner to start immediately. In this full-time, 100% on-site role, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring production orders on the shop floor.Over de functie

As an Operations Planner, you play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of our production processes. You are the connecting link between the Supply Team, Customer Service, and the operators on the shop floor. You ensure that production orders are scheduled efficiently, monitor progress, and intervene in a timely manner when deviations occur.

You monitor the daily workflow, report on lead times, delivery reliability, and capacity, and are flexibly deployable across different squads to manage peaks and challenges. In this role, you report to the Unit Lead and actively contribute to continuous improvement within the team.

Your responsibilities:

  • Efficiently preparing and planning production orders.
  • Coordinating machine capacity, staffing, and order deadlines.
  • Identifying deviations and proactively coordinating with stakeholders to shorten lead times.
  • Acting as a liaison between different departments.
  • Preparing orders and processes for stakeholders (such as OIC requests and label approvals).
  • Recognizing process deviations and initiating solutions.
  • Anticipating customer needs and internal changes.
  • Actively contributing to team improvement and honoring team agreements.
  • Ensuring a safe and clean workplace in accordance with HSE guidelines.
  • Participating in training related to laws, regulations, and internal guidelines.

  • Pragmatic, flexible (including working hours), and strong in setting priorities.
  • Able to maintain overview and quickly make connections.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment and demonstrates ownership.
  • Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
  • Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook; knowledge of SAP is a plus.
  • Team player with strong communication skills.
