At DeliBarn in Borculo, we produce over 250 different high-quality food products. As an Operator, you are responsible for keeping the entire production process running smoothly. The days are not the same at DeliBarn. Together with your team, you ensure the production lines run optimally and our high quality standards are consistently met.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Daily operations: You monitor the progress of the production schedule, set up machinery, and functionally guide the employees on the line.
• Process & supply: You keep a close eye on the supply of raw materials, identify malfunctions or deviations in the process, and anticipate them immediately.
• Quality & safety: You strictly supervise compliance with quality and hygiene regulations (HACCP, Health & Safety, Environment, and food safety).
• Administration: You ensure accurate registration and processing of production and quality data.

• You have experience in a production environment (experience in the food/beverage industry is a major plus).
• You have technical aptitude and can quickly and smoothly navigate digital systems.
• You speak and write English and Dutch well. If you speak a bit of Polish, that is a great advantage!

• Great starting salary: A gross starting salary from €2,597 per month (based on a 40-hour workweek), scaled in accordance with the collective labor agreement (CAO) for the Meat Products Industry.
