As an Operator / Production Employee, you are involved in the full production process. From preparing materials to producing and inspecting final products. No experience with composites? No problem - you will receive full internal training.
Your responsibilities include:
- Preparing and processing materials
- Operating and setting up production machines
- Producing components according to specifications
- Performing quality checks and visual inspections
- Identifying deviations and suggesting improvements
- Working according to safety and quality standards
- Collaborating with production colleagues
