We are currently looking for a motivated Dough Operator to join the dough production department. In this role, you will work in a 2-shift system within a stable and innovative food production company, specializing in high-quality vegetarian products.

As a Dough Operator, you are responsible for preparing the dough – the foundation of all Bobeldijk’s vegetarian products. You operate the dough machines, follow recipes with precision, and intervene when necessary. You work independently, contribute ideas to improve the process, and maintain a strong focus on quality and safety.
Your responsibilities include:

• Reading and accurately following recipes
• Selecting and weighing the correct ingredients
• Operating and adjusting the dough machinery
• Troubleshooting minor issues and identifying deviations
• Monitoring product quality and safety standards
• Properly storing the finished product

Wat zoeken wij

• Experience in a production environment as an Operator or in a kitchen as a (hobby) cook
• Good command of the Dutch language (spoken and written)
• MBO level 2 or 3 working and thinking level (technical or process background is a plus)
• Willingness to work in a 2-shift system
• Technical insight and strong problem-solving skills
• You work accurately, are proactive, and take responsibility for the final result

• A gross hourly wage depending on your experience
• 33% shift allowance after 18:00
