As an Operator, you will work in a 2-shift system and ensure that the entire production line runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work directly under the team leader and provide operational guidance to your colleagues on the line. Thanks to your technical insight, you monitor the production process, make adjustments where necessary, and resolve minor malfunctions quickly and independently.
At the start of the day, you carefully set up the machines and make sure all production and packaging materials are ready. During production, you closely monitor the process and take immediate action in case of deviations. For larger malfunctions, you involve the team leader. You place great importance on a clean and safe working environment and therefore always work in accordance with applicable hygiene and safety regulations. In addition, you support production employees on the shop floor where needed, ensuring that the team achieves its production targets together.

Wij bieden
- You will receive a gross monthly salary between 2,549.73 and 3,000, depending on your knowledge and experience;
- You will work in an enjoyable, independent role with varied tasks at an innovative and pragmatic company;
- You receive pension from your first working day via Werkis;

- With a full-time position, you will receive 25 vacation days. In addition, you will receive 8.33% holiday allowance;
- Salary is paid weekly or every 4 weeks.
