As an operator in a 5-shift operation, you and your team ensure the smooth running of the production process.
You start your working day with a detailed check of machine settings and replenishment of necessary raw materials. You are responsible for operating machines, solving minor malfunctions independently and calling in the help of a colleague for larger technical problems. You often work in a duo and coordinate activities at the production line to ensure an uninterrupted production process.
The shift cycle includes night shifts from 00:00 to 08:00, morning shifts from 08:00 to 16:00 and afternoon shifts from 16:00 to 00:00. This role offers significant opportunities for technical growth and development, with a corresponding shift bonus on top of base salary.
