Operator Maarssen

• Operate and monitor machines in a logistics/production environment
• Detect and resolve (technical) disruptions, in coordination with technical service engineers if needed
• Maintain an organized and clean workspace using 5S principles and other lean practices
• Uphold safety protocols and ensure product quality standards are met

• Weekly payment
• Salary indication: Depending on experience, between €2,750 and €3,200.
• Travel allowance
• Shift allowance for working evenings and weekends
  • Current: 2 shifts (early-late), including weekends.
  • Future: 3 shifts (early-late-night), including weekends.
• Opportunity for a permanent contract

• Solid experience in a similar role within logistics or production
• Technical insight and hands-on problem-solving skills
• MBO-level working and thinking ability
• Familiarity with 5S and lean methodologies
• Strong communication skills; fluent in English (Dutch is a plus)
• Reliable, stress-resistant, quality-focused, and safety-minded
• Willing to work in 2-shift system (early–late) with potential transition to 5-shift system (early–late–night, including weekends)
