Process Operator
Are you an experienced Process Operator who enjoys working with advanced production equipment in a highly regulated environment? In this role, you are responsible for running a production line, monitoring the process and making sure high-quality medicines are produced safely and according to GMP procedures.
You currently work in a 3-shift schedule, with the production environment expected to transition to a 5-shift schedule around January 2027.
What we offer
- 4,050 gross per month, including current shift allowance
- 13th month
- Annual performance-based bonus
- 30 days off per year
- 5 of these days are scheduled between Christmas and New Year
- Long-term position within a professional pharmaceutical production environment

What will you do? You work as part of a team of experienced operators on one of several semi-automated production lines.
Your responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring a pharmaceutical production line
- Performing changeovers and adjusting production equipment
- Monitoring process parameters and product quality
- Recording production and process data in SAP/MES
- Analysing deviations and taking appropriate action
- Performing accurate shift handovers
- Supporting troubleshooting and root cause investigations
- Contributing to LEAN and continuous improvement projects
- Working according to GMP procedures.
What do we expect?
- MBO technical or process-related education and/or VAPRO A/B
- Extensive experience as a Process Operator or Technical Operator
- Experience within a GMP production environment is preferred
- Experience with LEAN, Six Sigma and continuous improvement
- Knowledge of troubleshooting methods such as 5WHY, RCA, Kaizen, SMED or Fishbone
- Preferably a Lean Six Sigma Yellow or Green Belt
- Good command of Dutch and especially English
- Analytical, accurate and proactive way of working
You take ownership of your production line, enjoy solving technical problems and continuously look for opportunities to improve the process.
