About the jobAs an Allround Operator, you are the heart of the production process. You set up machines, monitor processes, and make sure everything runs smoothly. Minor malfunctions? You handle them yourself. You are also the first and final checkpoint in ensuring the quality of our delicious products. Challenging? Absolutely - but rewarding too!
Your Responsibilities:
- Operate and set up machines;
- Solve first-line malfunctions independently;
- Monitor and adjust production processes;
- Keep machines and work areas clean;
- Perform quality checks.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a solid working and thinking level;
- Is flexible and willing to work shifts (start times: 04:00, 06:40, or 12:40);
- Is motivated to work 8 hours per day;
- Values quality and takes responsibility seriously;
- Speaks and writes English;
- Has experience in a production environment or is eager to learn
No experience? No problem! Our client is happy to teach you everything you need to know.
This vacancy is on a temporary basis, and if you have successfully completed the 6 to 12 months temporary employment period, you have a chance to get a contract with our client. They are growing at a fast rate and therefore want to connect with proper employees and offer them a contract!
