What will you do?
As an order picker, you play a vital role in the logistics process. You make sure that flowers are delivered on time and to the right location. Working at a flower auction is truly unique – surrounded by colors, scents, and great colleagues.
Your day starts at 6:00 AM with a short briefing to go over the day’s priorities. Then, you head out on your electric cart to accurately pick and transport flower orders. You’ll usually finish between 10:00 and 11:00 AM, leaving you with plenty of free time for the rest of the day.
Your responsibilities:
Picking flower orders
Checking orders for accuracy
Delivering flowers to the correct carts and locations
Starting salary of €16.04 per hour (or €17.73 gross per hour all-in)
Travel allowance of €0.23 per km
Pension from your first working day
Chance of a permanent contract with good performance
Training opportunities, including First Aid and Safety courses
Flowers on your birthday and a plant gift every quarter
