Functieomschrijving
As an Order Picker, you'll navigate through our vast auction hall in an electric cart, collecting and organizing orders of stunning flowers and plants for customers. Your role is essential to ensure smooth operations, and with every order you complete, you’ll help bring beauty into the world—literally!
Wat vragen wij van je:
You’re a morning person and available to start at 6:00 AM.
You enjoy having your afternoons free for errands, relaxation, or hobbies.
You’re available on Mondays and Fridays, with some flexibility on other weekdays.
You enjoy active work and thrive in a lively environment.
You speak Dutch or English.
Wat wij jou bieden:
Competitive starting wage of €16.04 per hour, or choose an all-in rate of €17.73 (including holiday pay and vacation days paid out).
Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer for commutes over 5 km (one way).
Full public transport reimbursement if you work more than 4 days per week.
Weekly pay—your wages are deposited every Tuesday.
Flexible part-time hours (15–20 hours per week) to support a healthy work-life balance.
Quick start—you can often begin within just one week!
Annual salary increases and 8.33% holiday pay.
Pension contributions from your very first working day.
