In this role, youll work within a 2-shift rotation, ensuring the packaging process runs smoothly in a clean, safe, and well-structured environment where teamwork and quality are the top priorities.
Working hours (2-shift system):
* Morning shift: 06:00 - 14:30
* Evening shift: 14:30 - 23:00
* Three paid breaks of 20 minutes per shift
Jouw nieuwe werkplek
As a Packaging Operator, you make sure the packaging process runs smoothly. You operate and adjust machines, handle minor technical issues, and keep your work area clean and safe. Youre hands-on, alert, and not afraid to take action.
Your tasks include:
* Operating and monitoring packaging machines
* Setting up and adjusting machines for product changes
* Troubleshooting small technical problems
* Maintaining a safe and clean workplace

* Gross hourly wage starting from 17.95
* 17% shift allowance on top of your salary
* Full-time position in a 2-shift system
* Paid breaks: three times 20 minutes per shift

Youre practical, motivated, and have basic technical insight. Experience as an operator is a plus, but your mindset and willingness to learn are most important.
