Powder Coater

Do you enjoy working with your hands and have experience with spray work or coating? In this role as a powder coater, you will work on various metal products and ensure a perfect end result. Ideal for someone who delivers quality and enjoys varied work.

You will be working at a smaller, flexible, and specialized company in metal surface treatment. The company focuses on powder coating various products and is known for its practical approach and quality of the final product.

The work atmosphere is informal and direct, where everyone collaborates to ensure the production process runs smoothly. Due to the small scale, you will have a varied role and be involved in multiple steps of the process.

As a powder coater, you are responsible for applying coatings to metal products. You work with both automatic installations and manually in the spray booth. You ensure that each product meets the appropriate quality requirements in terms of thickness, structure, and finish.

In addition to the coating itself, you are also involved in the preparation of products, such as degreasing, sanding, and hanging. You check the final result and make corrections where necessary. This makes the job varied and requires accuracy and a sense of responsibility.

You work in day shifts within a small team, where flexibility is important. You also help with general tasks in the workshop when needed.

Your tasks include:

• Preparing products (cleaning, sanding, taping)
• Manual and automatic powder coating
• Checking quality and finish
• Hanging and positioning products
• Performing general workshop tasks

For this position, we are looking for someone with experience and an eye for detail. You work accurately and understand the importance of quality in the final product.

• You speak good Dutch and/or English

Financial conditions:

• Gross hourly wage: €16.97
• ADV allowance of 5% on the first 40 hours
• 8% holiday allowance (paid weekly)

Other conditions:

• Weekly payment
• 25 vacation days per year (based on full-time)
• Pension accrual: 23.4% of the pension basis
• Minimum 40 hours per week
• Travel allowance (€0.23/km)
