As an Proces Operator, you'll be an essential part of an enthusiastic team of about 5 to 6 colleagues. Every day, you make sure the production floor runs smoothly. You'll switch out machine parts, keep installations clean and tidy, and make sure raw materials are always topped up in time. You'll also perform quality checks, make adjustments where needed, and do light technical maintenance like lubricating and refilling fluids. You'll operate internal transport tools such as a forklift and pallet truck and handle the process administration in the system. Of course, you always work safely and help maintain a clean, environmentally friendly workplace together with your team.

• Shift differential for 2-shift schedule: 112.5%
• Shift differential for 3-shift schedule: 115%

This is your workplace: you'll be working in a modern production facility in Gameren, as part of a team of 5 to 6 colleagues. The atmosphere is informal, and together you'll ensure a smooth production process. The team is dedicated and supports one another when needed, so everyone enjoys coming to work.

During the training period, you'll work day shifts starting around 7:00 AM. Once you're trained, you'll transition to a 2-, 3-, or 4-shift rotation. The shift schedules are as follows: 6:00 AM-3:30 PM, 2:00 PM-10:30 PM, and 10:00 PM-6:30 AM. Shift work naturally comes with additional pay.
