- At least 1 year of experience as an operator
- Willingness to work in a 5-shift schedule
- Fluent in Dutch or English
- Strong technical insight and interest in automation
- Accurate, solution-oriented, and responsible work attitude
- Able to work well in a team and read technical drawings
