Why this role mattersThis is where product development and buying meet real commercial impact. As our Product Developer / Buyer, specialized in outerwear, you help make sure outerwear styles move smoothly through the full product lifecycle, from development and costing to buying and production follow-up. You keep quality, timing and margin aligned so that strong collections can be delivered the right way. You are not here to just manage the process.

What you’ll do

• Manage assigned outerwear styles from development through production;
  
• Support costing, price negotiations and margin follow-up;
  
• Coordinate with suppliers to make sure timelines, quality and delivery targets are met;
  
• Monitor the critical path and solve operational bottlenecks along the way;
  
• Work closely with Design, Sourcing and Logistics to keep execution smooth;
  
• Contribute to continuous improvement in product quality, fit and sustainability.

• Several years of experience in product development and/or buying within fashion;
  
• A strong technical understanding of outerwear construction and materials;
  
• A commercial mindset with awareness of costing and margin impact;
  
• The ability to manage multiple deadlines and production calendars;
  
• A hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented way of working;
  
• Solid experience across the product process in a commercially driven fashion environment.
