Production employee

💼 The position

As a production employee, you ensure that hotels and restaurants are supplied daily with fresh, clean linen. This includes items such as napkins, tablecloths, towels, pillowcases, and duvet covers. Using modern machines, the linen is washed, ironed, and folded. You will be actively working and moving throughout the day 💪.

Together with your colleagues, you make sure everything runs smoothly. Your main tasks include:

• Sorting the linen;
• Loading the linen into the machines piece by piece;
• Checking the quality;
• Placing stacks of linen neatly into the roll containers.

💰 What we offer

• Starting salary of € 15.05 gross per hour (€ 14.71 + € 0.34 allowance);
• After 6 months: € 15.45 gross per hour + € 0.82 year-end allowance (5.33%);
• Flexible workweek: choose 3, 4, or 5 fixed weekdays;
• A Stable job with fixed working hours;
• 25 vacation days, 8.33% holiday pay, and travel allowance (5–40 km one way);
• Career growth opportunities, e.g., to shift supervisor or operator.

👀 What we expect from you

• You speak Dutch or English;
• You live in the Utrecht area (within 25 km of our laundry);
• You are available for at least 3 fixed weekdays (07:00 – 16:30);
• You are proactive and enjoy staying active;
• You have a flexible work attitude.
