Production operator 3 shifts

As an operator in the Taste department at International Flavors & Fragrances (IFF) in Tilburg, you will play a key role in transforming raw materials into high-quality fragrance components used in food, cosmetics, and other products worldwide. This position offers a dynamic environment where precision, teamwork, and adherence to safety standards are essential. With your experience in production and a proactive mindset, you’ll contribute to a smooth and efficient production process while growing into an allround operator.

What You Will Do:

• Collecting: raw materials according to recipes using a mobile weighing station equipped with a computer and scale.
• Weighing: and processing ingredients with precision, sometimes handling up to 30 components per batch.
• Mixing: and preparing fragrance materials for further processing, ensuring consistency and quality.
• Operating: and monitoring equipment to maintain optimal production flow.
• Maintaining: a safe, clean, and organized workspace while following all safety and quality regulations.

• Gross hourly wage of €17.38 + 20.5% shift allowance.
• Temporary contract with the prospect of a permanent position.
• Full-time role, 40 hours per week in 3 shifts.
• 25 vacation days + 8% holiday allowance.
• 13 ADV days and a 13th month included in a flex budget.
• Travel allowance of €0.21 per km.
• Direct contract with IFF in the future.

We are seeking a dependable and motivated operator with a keen eye for quality and a proactive mindset to join our dynamic team.

• Minimum 3 years’ recent, relevant production experience 
• Fulltime availability; willing to work in a 3-shift system.
• MBO level 4 work and thinking ability.
• Physically fit; capable of lifting up to 23 kg.
• Reliable, independent, and comfortable with strong scents.
