Production Operator (Industrial Bakery) - Relocation to the Netherlands

As a production operator, you will work in the Bread or Pastry department, participating in various essential tasks to ensure that our products arrive fresh and delicious at hundreds of supermarkets. Don't worry about routine: to keep the work dynamic and enjoyable, you will change activities every two hours.

Your duties will include:

• Assembling semi-finished products, adding decoration or filling
• Packaging, sealing containers and stacking products on pallets
• Maintaining a clean and tidy working environment

The most important thing is that you are motivated and eager to work.
In addition, we value the following:

For food hygiene reasons, visible piercings and artificial nails are not permitted at work.

As a production operator, you can expect good working conditions:

• Are you 21 or older? You will receive a gross salary of €14.06 per hour.
• Are you 20 years old? You will receive a gross salary of €11.25 per hour.
• Are you 19 years old? You will receive a gross salary of €8.44 per hour.

Bonuses for working irregular hours:

• 34% shift bonus from Monday to Friday between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. and midnight, and Saturdays between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• 34% shift bonus from Monday to Saturday between midnight and 4:00 a.m.
• 100% bonus for working Sundays, public holidays and Saturdays between 18:00-24:00.

Working in a refrigerated environment:

• From 11 to 20 hours per week: €7.40 extra per week.
• More than 21 hours per week: €14.93 extra per week.

Our selection process:

• Application: Apply to the offer/s that suit you. We'll get in contact with you within the next 48h hours to talk about your application. We'll discuss your experience, availability and expectations.
• Introduction: Who are you? Who are we? Where will you work..? We'd like to know who you are and to see you in person. We'll have a videocall interview to meet each other and solve all of our questions.
• Skills test: If the offer requires it, we'll make a small test for you to prove your skill.
• Documents: Once both parts are happy, we'll send you the required documents such as the job offer, contract, terms and conditions. You'll be able to sign these before travelling to The Netherlands.
• Transport and housing: If you're coming from abroad, you'll have to organize your trip. If you need housing, we'll organize it for you, including the transport between your job and the house. If you don't have Dutch medical insurance, we'll be able to offer it for you. These costs will be deducted directly from your weekly salaries and will show up in your payslip
• Starting in your new job: You'll have a job coach who'll answer and solve all your doubts and questions. You'll receive feedback and they'll always be available for you to discuss work related issues. Important: You'll receive your first salary at the end of your second work week, so we strongly recommend bringing some money to pay your essential expenses.
