Wat wordt er van je verwachtAs a production worker, you’ll play a key role in one of the essential steps of our server cabinet production process at ZT Systems Almelo:
· Rack Prep – Kick off the production process by preparing server racks, such as installing rails.
· Server Build – Insert hard drives and other components into trays.
· Rack Integration – Connect cables following clear and structured instructions.
No technical background? No problem! If you're motivated, detail-oriented, and enjoy working with your hands, we’ll teach you everything you need to know.

You're eager to get started—that's already half the work. We’re looking for someone who:
· Lives in or near Almelo;
· Is available for day shifts, Monday through Friday;
· Has technical experience (a plus, but not required);
· Works with precision and is a true team player.
· A full-time job (38 hours/week) in day shifts;
· A gross hourly wage of €15.06 (for ages 18+);
· Travel reimbursement starting from 10 km;
· A pay raise after 52 weeks of work;
· A chance to earn a permanent contract with good performance;
· A modern and clean production environment, great colleagues, and growth opportunities.
ZT Netherlands is an international company that produces servers for data storage. Since 2012, the parent company in New York has decided to open a branch in Almelo for the European market. The entire production takes place in Almelo, including assembly and quality control. The servers are made for the largest international companies in the world. We do this every day with approximately 750 colleagues. ZT Netherlands is expanding rapidly. For this reason, a second production location was opened in the summer of 2020.
