As a Production Worker at DeliBarn, you are an essential link in the production process. Together with your team, you make sure everything runs smoothly. Your workday will be active and varied.
Your main responsibilities include:

• Production & processing: Assisting in preparing, processing, and sorting various meat products.
• Packing & labeling: Neatly packing products, applying the correct labels, and stacking crates or boxes.
• Quality control: Keeping a close eye on whether products meet the high quality and hygiene standards.
• Cleanliness & safety: Ensuring your workstation remains clean, tidy, and safe throughout the day.
• Shipping prep: Preparing the packed products and placing them in the correct designated areas for transport.

Do you have a positive attitude and enjoy active work? Then you will fit right in! We are looking for someone who:

• Is hands-on and enjoys physical, active work.
• Is available full-time.
• Speaks Dutch well and has a basic understanding of English.
• Is comfortable working in a chilled (refrigerated) food production environment.
• Having prior experience in the food industry is a nice advantage, but absolutely not required!

• Great starting salary: A gross hourly wage of €14.99 (for ages 21 and over).
• Attractive shift allowances:
  • If you occasionally work in a 2-shift system, you receive a 114% shift allowance, raising your wage to €17.09 gross per hour!
  • If you work the day shift but perform hours between 18:00 (6:00 PM) and 06:00 (6:00 AM), you earn €19.66 gross per hour including allowance!
• Travel allowance: €0.23 per kilometer (starting from 10 km one-way).
