As a Production Employee at DeliBarn, you play an important role in the meat production process. Together with your colleagues, you make sure production runs smoothly and that all products are carefully processed and packaged. Your tasks will include:
·         Producing and processing meat products;
·         Packing, labeling, and stacking products;
·         Checking quality and hygiene during the process;
·         Keeping the workplace clean and safe;
·         Preparing products for shipment.

You will work according to fixed procedures and follow all hygiene and safety regulations within the production environment.

Wat zoeken wij

You are someone who enjoys hands-on work and gets energy from working in a dynamic production environment. You work accurately, are reliable, and enjoy working together with colleagues. In addition:
·         You have a good command of the Dutch language;
·         You have basic knowledge of the English language;
·         Experience in the food industry is a plus;
·         You do not mind working in a cooled environment;
·         You are available fulltime.

Besides a stable fulltime job within a growing company, you can expect:
·         A gross starting salary of €14.95 per hour from the age of 21;
o If you occasionally work in a 2-shift system, you will receive a 114% shift allowance, earning €17.04 gross per hour;
o If you work day shifts outside regular hours between 18:00 and 06:00, you will earn €19.66 gross per hour including allowance;
·         Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometer from 10 km onwards;
·         Opportunity for a permanent contract through 4 Minutes when performing well;

·         A fulltime day shift position with flexibility to occasionally work in a 2-shift schedule.
