Johma, the largest salad maker in the Netherlands, is looking for a motivated Production Worker to join their team in Losser! In this role, you'll be crucial to the production process and ensure that everything runs smoothly. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with plenty of room for growth and development.
Wat wordt er van je verwachtAs a Production Worker at Johma Twente, your responsibilities will include:
· Collecting and mixing raw materials
· Packing delicious salads
· Preparing pallets for shipment
· Supporting the production process as needed
You’ll work in 3 shifts, including:
· Morning shift: 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
· Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
· Night shift: 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM

· Gross starting salary of €15.28 per hour
· Pay increase after just 6 months
· Travel allowance of €0.23 per km or an electric bike to get to work easily
· Free salads every Thursday
· The possibility of a permanent contract if you perform well
