In the role of a Production Worker for mushrooms, you'll be at the heart of our agricultural operations in Oudemolen. Your main tasks will involve picking mushrooms, trimming their tails, and carefully placing them into crates ready for dispatch. You'll work in a dynamic environment where you may use a cart to reach higher shelves, ensuring that all mushrooms are harvested efficiently. New team members will start with lower shelves and gradually move up to using the carts after a couple of weeks, ensuring everyone is comfortable and skilled at different stages of the process.
- Harvest mushrooms from various shelf heights
- Trim and prepare mushrooms for packaging
- Operate lifting carts for higher shelf access
- Ensure quality control of harvested mushrooms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the workspace
You'll be working from 6:45 AM to 5:00 PM, averaging around 50 hours per week, with occasional weekend shifts.
