TasksWe are looking for experienced traders who can achieve consistent results independently, and are ready for a professional collaboration in an environment where performance is truly rewarded.
RequirementsWhat we expect:
- Minimum 3 years of trading experience (Crypto, FX, Index, Commodities or Equities)
- You can demonstrably generate 2–4% per month with controlled risk
- You are independent, disciplined and ready to perform at a high level
- You are open to a professional collaboration, including an initial mutual commitment that is discussed in the onboarding process
What we offer:
- Direct capital allocation
- Fixed starting salary of €3,500 per month, with growth opportunities up to €35,000+
- Performance bonus up to 40% of realized profit
- Full freedom in strategy and style (provided within our risk limits)
- Professional guidance and career path towards Trading Manager
