As Project Manager HR Analytics & Intelligence, you will develop a clear vision and strategy for HR Analytics and translate it into a concrete roadmap and implementation plan. You will oversee a team of three data analysts and one project manager, ensuring alignment with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver a vision and strategic roadmap for HR Analytics, including the optimal team setup and required competencies;
  • Prepare an advisory report with practical recommendations and an implementation plan;
  • Lead and coach the HR Analytics & Intelligence team and a project manager;
  • Deliver short-term improvements in dashboards, reporting, and data governance;
  • Strengthen collaboration and feedback loops with key stakeholders in HR, Finance, and business;
  • Conduct a final workshop to transfer knowledge and ensure sustainability of improvements.

This is a temporary position for 32 hours per week, starting as soon as possible until the end of February 2026. A temporary employment contract will be offered through our agency for the duration of the assignment.

The compensation is approximately €10,000 gross per month (based on full-time employment), depending on experience and qualifications.

You are a strategic professional with strong analytical skills and proven experience in driving HR Analytics initiatives. You know how to connect people, data, and business priorities and you operate confidently in an international environment.

You bring:

* Extensive experience in HR Analytics / People Analytics and data-driven HR strategy;
* Proven ability to build and professionalize teams and projects;
* Strong understanding of HR analytics tools, methodologies and governance;
* Awareness of data ethics and compliance regulations;
* Excellent advisory and stakeholder management capabilities at senior level;
* The ability to translate complex analyses into clear, actionable insights;
