As a Recruiter, you are responsible for the full recruitment process, from identifying suitable candidates to making the perfect match with our clients. You act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire process. You also work closely with the recruitment team to develop strategies for attracting talent and improving our processes.
Your tasks include:
- Conducting intake interviews and screening candidates
- Guiding candidates through the recruitment process
- Registering flexible workers and creating placements
- Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients
- Writing and publishing job vacancies

- Minimum MBO level of thinking and working
- Affinity with recruitment and working with people
- Good communication skills in English (Polish is a plus)
