Recruiter

As a Recruiter, you’ll work daily to find and select talent for various positions within the staffing industry. You’ll be based in the Rotterdam office, where you and your enthusiastic colleagues ensure the perfect match between candidate and employer. You’ll call candidates, conduct intake interviews, register them, and guide them through the application process. You’ll also keep all administration up to date and build a strong network of candidates and companies.

• Conducting intake and selection interviews with candidates
• Guiding candidates through the application and onboarding process
• Registering temporary workers and creating placements in the system
• Building and maintaining relationships with candidates and companies
• Identifying trends and developments in the labor market
• Collaborating with the recruitment team on innovative sourcing strategies

You’ll work Monday through Friday during standard office hours (08:30 – 17:30).

• At least mbo working and thinking level
• You have a good command of English in speech and writing
• Affinity with recruitment, HR, or working with people
• Strong social and communication skills
• Analytical thinking and able to look beyond just resumes

• Salary between € 2,500 and € 3,500 gross per month, depending on experience
• 25 vacation days and 8% holiday allowance
