For a leading international dairy ingredients organization, we are looking for an experienced Sales Support Specialist (B2C) to temporarily strengthen the Customer Management team. In this role, you will support two key B2C accounts and work closely with Sales, Demand Management and various internal stakeholders.
You play a central role in managing customer relationships, ensuring first-time-right deliveries, translating customer forecasts into reliable demand plans and safeguarding commercial agreements. This is a hands-on interim assignment within a complex, international environment.

You will join an international Customer Management team of 16 professionals with diverse backgrounds. You will work closely with Sales Managers, Project Managers and Demand Managers in a result-driven, collaborative and informal environment where psychological safety and respect are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Support two key B2C accounts and act as commercial sparring partner for Sales;
- Ensure first-time-right execution of customer agreements, orders and after-sales;
- Translate customer forecasts into reliable demand planning and budgeting input;
- Coordinate internal stakeholders to optimize end-to-end customer processes;
- Act as internal key user within a designated sales process for the Customer Management community.
- Temporary maternity leave replacement (6 months, no extension);
- Hybrid working model;
- Gross base salary: €4,000 per month (based on 38 hours per week);
- Candidates must be based in the Netherlands;
- ZZP/freelance candidates will not be considered.

Functie eisen
* 4-6 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service and/or Supply Chain;* Strong communication skills; able to lead customer and commercial discussions;
* Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
* Proactive, ownership-driven and able to work independently in a complex environment;
* Experience with SAP, PowerBI and OMP is a strong plus; fluent in English (Dutch is a plus).
