As a Sawmill Operator, you won't be making standard pallets, you'll create custom wooden packaging solutions for valuable high-tech products. You'll join a close-knit team where craftsmanship and a positive working atmosphere go hand in hand.
What will your day look like?
- Start the day with a coffee and a chat with your colleagues.
- Build custom wooden boxes, crates, and pallets.
- Read technical drawings and manufacture everything to exact specifications.
- Operate a variety of woodworking machines, including saws, drills, sanders, and carpentry tools.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized workplace.
- Work closely with your team in a varied and enjoyable role.

- 1+ year of experience in woodworking (for example as a carpenter or cabinet maker)
- Accurate, practical, and hands-on
- Team player with a willingness to learn
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher
- Forklift certificate (or willing to obtain one)
- Nice to have: experience as a Wood Operator Machining L1
