We are seeking for a Senior Business Development Manager to join the NBD Sales team. In this role, you will drive revenue by generating and securing new business opportunities, including RFPs, with brands aiming to engage their audiences through trade shows, live events, and permanent installations.

Your responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the events and exhibition sector;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and key stakeholders;
- Strategically position the company as a preferred partner for RFPs and new projects;
- Work closely with internal teams to deliver innovative and impactful solutions;
- Contribute to achieving revenue targets and driving business growth.

Who are we looking for?* 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within events, exhibits, or experience agencies;
* Proven track record of generating and closing new business opportunities;
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills;
* Proactive, results-driven, and self-motivated;
* Excellent communication and presentation skills;
* Strategic mindset with the ability to balance short- and long-term goals.
