As Senior PMO, you support the central program office and ensure coordination, structure, and progress across multiple workstreams within the financial licensing program. Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate program ceremonies (Steering Committee, stand-ups, alignment sessions) including preparation of materials and follow-up
- Collect input from multiple teams and consolidate it into structured, regulator-ready deliverables
- Analyse complex discussions, identify open issues, and help prepare solution scenarios or decision options
- Safeguard documentation consistency (formatting, structure, naming, version control)
- Monitor progress across workstreams and proactively follow up on deadlines and ownership
- Support leadership with decision tracking, status reporting, and preparation of presentations
This assignment is located in Utrecht and runs from ASAP 2025 until 30 June 2026, however this could turn into a multi-year project. 32 hours per week is desired, 36-40 is negotiable.
